Does it need the internet or a cloud subscription?

No. Hathigen LIMS runs on one PC on your company network, and everyone else uses it from Chrome or Edge. Your data never leaves your network.

Can we bring in our existing Excel trackers?

Yes. Existing spreadsheet trackers can be imported, and every job can be exported back to Excel at any time.

Can it match our own stages and methods?

Yes. Labs, methods, lead times, stages, roles and holidays are all configurable to match your process.

How is data protected?

Accounts and roles are set per lab, every action is audited, and automatic backups are written to a folder you choose, such as your share drive.
